Ask an astrologer online: kundli reading, kundli milan and panchang, ₹199 a month

Calculated. Our software computes the positions of the Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu for your birth moment and place using standard astronomical formulas, converts them to the sidereal zodiac with Lahiri ayanamsa (as in Indian panchangs), and works out lagna, houses, nakshatra, Vimshottari dasha and today's transits. The AI only interprets these values, and every answer names the placement it is based on.

Your first full reading each day and 3 chat questions a day are free. A 30-day pass costs ₹199 (or $6 outside India) and gives unlimited readings and chat (fair use up to 60 messages a day). It does not auto-renew.

Those apps connect you to human astrologers who charge by the minute, so long questions get expensive and quality varies. Here you pay one flat monthly price, there's no meter running, answers are tied to your actual chart, and nobody sells you gemstones or pujas. If you want a human astrologer's personal judgement or rituals, a chat app or your family pandit is still the right choice.

No. Grahvani is an AI astrologer trained to read charts the classical Parashari way. We say this openly. The calculations are done by software, not guessed.

You can still use it. Your Moon sign, nakshatra and dasha are usually right without the time (we warn you if the Moon was near a boundary that day). Lagna and houses need the time, so we read from the Moon (Chandra lagna) and say so. A time from your birth certificate or hospital record is best.

It gives timing windows from your dasha and the transits of Jupiter and Saturn - for example 'the Venus antardasha from March 2027 to November 2028 is the strongest window' - and explains why. Treat it as guidance, not a guarantee.

No. We never predict death, serious illness, accidents or divorce. Astrology should help you plan, not frighten you. For health or money decisions, please speak to a doctor or a qualified adviser.

Your birth details are used only to calculate your chart and answer you. We don't save your readings or chats to an account; a reading is held for up to an hour only so you can email it to yourself. We never sell data.

We calculate both charts from birth date, time and place using real planetary positions (sidereal zodiac, Lahiri ayanamsa, the standard in Indian panchangs). The Moon's sign and nakshatra give the 8 kootas of Ashtakoota milan: Varna 1, Vashya 2, Tara 3, Yoni 4, Graha Maitri 5, Gana 6, Bhakoot 7 and Nadi 8 - 36 in total. The AI does not calculate anything; it only explains the result.

Traditionally 18 or more out of 36 is acceptable, 25-32 is very good and above 32 excellent. But the total alone is not enough: an uncancelled Nadi or Bhakoot dosha matters more than a few points, and many 'low score' matches are workable when the sign lords are friends. The report explains which applies to you.

No. Classical texts give exceptions: when both have the same rashi but different nakshatras, the same nakshatra but different rashis, or the same nakshatra in different padas, Nadi dosha is considered cancelled. We check these from your charts and say clearly whether the dosha applies.

Yes. We check Mars in the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 8th or 12th house from the lagna, the Moon and Venus for both people. If both are manglik, the dosha is traditionally considered matched. We also note common cancellations, such as Mars in its own or exalted sign. Lagna-based manglik needs an accurate birth time.
